Struggling to
Reach Your
Full Potential?

Athletics can be an incredible environment for personal growth, but an athlete’s identity extends far beyond their performance. Our goal is to help athletes develop a healthier relationship with their sport while building skills that will serve them long after their playing career ends.

Whether an athlete is struggling with a mental health concern, working through a difficult transition, returning from injury, or simply looking to perform at a higher level, we want to provide a space where they can work toward meaningful and sustainable growth.

Built for the Whole Athlete

Mental Performance Consulting

Mental performance consulting helps athletes develop the mindset and skills needed to perform with confidence, stay composed under pressure, and reach their potential. Through individualized strategies, we work on goal setting, confidence, focus, mindfulness, mental preparation, and reframing unhelpful thoughts.

Sports Counseling

Sports counseling focuses on the overall well-being of the athlete. Many struggles and challenges that occur in competition translate to regular life. Using an athlete-centered approach, sports counseling provides a space for athletes to address challenges beyond their sport.
